The app is stuck on "Connecting"
The first connection through Tor can take up to a minute. If it stalls, tap Retry and check your internet connection.
I lost my phone or deleted the app
Your private keys exist only on your device, so the account cannot be recovered.
Delete my account and data
In the app: Inbox menu > Delete account. This removes your account and every message you sent or received.
Report abuse
Email us the username concerned and, if you wish, the message you want to share with us. We cannot read messages unless you send them to us.
